Adarsh Ayaz

Adarsh has been trained by the leading international PR consultants as a crisis and media skills trainer. He has over 20 years’ experience in training and has executed numerous successful workshops. All of the trainings were conducted for multinationals and leading local companies. Additionally, Adarsh has developed services specifically pertaining to crisis communication.

Other trainings conducted by him and the Mediators team includes: Public speaking and presentation skills, PR training, Spokesperson training, Effective CSR workshop, Gender Sensitivity & workplace discrimination, HR training and Leadership training.

Adarsh has also worked for many major television networks. He has produced and hosted a number of television programs. He was a producer/reporter on Pakistan Business Update for PTV. It was the first privately produced current affairs program on television in Pakistan. As such, he is in tune with effective media management techniques.

Furthermore he has two decades of experience in developing Communication/PR strategies, media plans and reports; and conducting perception management campaigns and activities for multinational clients including Shell, Unilever, ICI, General Tires and Abbott Laboratories, to name just a few.

Amar Ayaz

Amar has an extensive background spread across various forms of media. A filmmaker by profession, he has worked as a public relations and business development executive at Mediators, servicing clients such as Lakson Tobacco, Emaar and Shell, as well as assisting in the execution of conferences for South Asia Free Media Association (SAFMA).

He has also worked as print journalist for Jang Group’s The News and as a multimedia producer at Dawn.com, having worked on several full length features, including an in depth multimedia piece on the ‘Journey of Milk’ for Nestle. While at Dawn.com Amar worked across their online digital services, including the Features and Social Media desks.

Omer Bashir

Omer has had a very varied career working across corporate and news media. He has experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at IBL Group, taking care of their wide array of products, including the launch of Vitamin Water. His time as an Assistant Media Planner at GroupM gave him extensive experience working with brands and organizing their coverage across Pakistan’s extensive television network by crafting lasting relationships.

He has also worked as a multimedia producer and tech editor at Dawn.com, having worked on several full-length features, including an in depth award-winning piece on ‘Banned Outfits on Facebook’. While at Dawn.com Omer was tasked with integrating the print and digital versions of Dawn as a Digital Strategy Manager, while working across their online digital services, including the Features, Tech and Sponsored Content desks.

Currently Amar and Omer own and operate PakaStudios, a digital production house specializing in content development across a wide spectrum online medium. They have conceptualized, developed and executed content for international brands such as Red Bull, Tetra Pak and Mikaels Labs, along with Artistic Milliners and VCast across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN. They have also produced a video series for IFC (International finance corporation), a subsidiary of the World Bank.
